Do you like hot chocolate?
Cheesecake?
If so, this dessert dip is just for you!
I originally tried this dessert at a staff luncheon at school, and was amazed at just how delicious it was.
I HAD to find the recipe and make it myself. I just had to.
Luckily, the internet is amazing and I easily located the recipe I was searching for.
You’re welcome.
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients:
4 (0.73 ounce) envelopes hot chocolate mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, add in the hot cocoa mix and cream cheese. Mix on medium with a hand mixer until thoroughly incorporated.
- Add in the Cool Whip and continue to beat until combined.
- Scoop into a serving bowl. Serve with cookies!
- Store in the refrigerator.
This dip doesn’t only have to be served with cookies. We tried it with graham crackers as well, which was super yummy! It would also be great with apples and bananas!
Looks delicious!
